The only blood knot (slits in the leather) you will undo is the throat latch (4th photo)!
These are made to fit horses with an “average” sided head, aka, “average” sized halter from the tack store. Pictured here is a 15 hand quarter horse. If your horse wears a large halter this bosal hanger will still fit, but not with the throat latch!
