Returns, Refunds, Shipping


Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If the product purchased is defective upon arrival please send an email with detailed photographs within 72 hours of the package arriving. I will email you a shipping label to use to return the item to me for repair or replacement free of charge (whichever is deemed necessary by me).

If 72 hours has passed then the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways but the repair or replacement is still free of charge.


If the item has been appropriately documented within 72 hours of arrival then any and all defects upon arrival will be repaired. However, this does not extend to damage due to water, pets or other misuse. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled. However, if there are extenuating circumstances please send me a detailed email with the order number in the subject line. If the item has not shipped yet, I may be able to work with you. If the item is shipped, then orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. 

Lifetime Guarantee

Craftsmanship has a lifetime guarantee (hardware and stitching). Any and all damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, pets or water etc, is not covered. However, we would be happy to repair for a fee. Leather products should be cleaned with leather soap and conditioned at least annually (EXCEPT SUEDE!). Little Larkspur Leathercraft LLC is not responsible for products not fitting due to customer’s incorrect measurement. After a final sketch has been approved on custom orders, any changes to the project requiring leather to be replaced will require an additional fee. There are no refunds or returns, this includes deposits.


Items ready-made will ship within 7 days of ordering. If I am out of town and cannot meet this deadline I will email you directly as soon as possible with more information!

I am not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so I recommend purchasing insurance on those items.


I am able to offer USPS first class & priority shipping to Canada. Buyer is responsible for all import and duty fees.

Lost Packages

Please allow up to 3 weeks for packages to arrive from USPS before emailing me about lost packages. I will contact USPS directly and once it has been affirmed that a package is indeed lost, I will either recreate the product, or refund the buyer. During the busy season, packages can take up to 4 weeks domestically to arrive.
